IMPORTANT REMINDERS
* Hang Tags! BGCA parking hang tags are required on all vehicles in our community. Green hang tags are for residents and red hang tags are for visitors. A visitor hang tag is valid for a maximum of twenty-one (21) days, then the vehicle is subject to towing. Vehicles must display a parking hang tag on their front rear view mirror if they are parked in the street, alleys, parking pads, and driveways.
* Pick up after your pet! It is the responsibility of the Pet Owner to pick up after their pet. PLEASE, be considerate of your neighbors. This can't be said enough times! Fines will be assessed to consistent violators.
* Leash your pet! This is a Loudoun County law and needs to be followed by all pet owners. Pets are not allowed to walk themselves regardless of how friendly they might be.
* Garage Parking! Garages are to be used for parking and not as a storage unit or as an additional room to your condominium. One car must always be able to park in your garage.
* Towing Enforced! Towing will be enforced for all vehicles not displaying proper parking hang tags. All towing fees are paid directly to Greenway Towing and NO MONEY is given to BGCA; refunds are not possible. Please follow all parking rules so you will not fall victim to being towed!
* Porches! Our bylaws state that items should not be left on porches or balconies; i.e. bicycles, strollers, wagons, lawn chairs. Not only does it distract from the look of the community but it presents a hazard to police and fire departments if they should need to enter a condo. If you have any questions regarding what can be placed on porches or balconies, please contact AMV or a Board member.
